A few things upfront.
01 What does it cost? +
To be transparent, a few from-prices: an AI Challenge starts around €7,500 for a day and €10,000 company-wide, which at 60 participants is under €170 per person. Strategy and policy from €5,000, a discovery cycle from €35,000 per department, and training €250 to €300 per participant (minimum starting fee €1,500–€1,800 per module). A keynote is on request, depending on venue, length and travel. Amounts exclude VAT and travel and venue costs. Every proposal splits the investment per building block, so you only pay for what you need, and you get a concrete indication within the intro call.
02 How quickly can you start? +
A Quick Scan can happen this week. A keynote takes about four weeks, mainly to research your sector properly. A discovery cycle runs six weeks per department.
03 Do you build the software yourselves? +
We build AI agents and working prototypes ourselves, from use case to an agent that runs. Larger production software we hand over to a development partner, cleanly and with the knowledge and quality secured. That way we build what proves value fastest, without pretending to be a full build shop.
04 And if AI is not the answer? +
Then we say so. Discovery regularly finds that a process problem is just a process problem. Not every question is an AI question.
